Start by cutting off most of the stem. Remove the black fins, using a spoon, scrape the fins into a paper towel, discard. Leave the mushroom caps intact

Rub mushrooms with olive oil and season it with salt and pepper. Place in a hot part of the grill… cap down cook 3 minutes flip mushrooms and cook on the second side. Cook the mushrooms until some of the water cooks out and they wilt
