PROCESS:
Marinate the steak:
Place steak in a bowl, add spices, cilantro, onion and chopped garlic, olive oil, soy sauce, mix well. Refrigerate for 1 hour to allow the flavors to marry.
Cook:
Heat a large skillet, place the steak in the skillet and sear on the first side. Flip and add vegetables. Cook until steak starts to bleed and vegetables are cooked. Slice the steak and place it in pita wrap, top with cooked veggies.
Top with shaved lettuce, shredded cheese, chopped tomatoes and fresh cilantro. Serve with "salsalita" sauce on the side.
* If you want it HOTTER add jalapeno slices to vegetable mixture or blast it with your favorite hot sauce.
* For this recipe I use a small grilled pizza crust, you can also use pita or a flour tortilla.

1 pound flat iron or sirloin steak
1 teaspoon kosher salt
1 teaspoon black pepper
1/2 teaspoon cumin or chili powder
1 teaspoon chopped garlic
1/4 cup diced onion
1/2 cup chopped cilantro
1/4 cup olive oil
1 ounce soy sauce
Veggies:
1/2 red bell pepper, julienne
1/2 yellow pepper, julienne
1/2 onion, julienne
1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
1 Pita Bread
Fresh Cilantro
Chopped tomatoes
Shaved iiceberg lettuce
Shredded jack cheddar cheese
Salsalita Sauce:
1/4 cup ranch dressing
1/4 cup salsa
