PROCESS:
Slice Ciabatta bread in half lengthwise. Make a mixture of mustard, mayo and sriracha. Spread it on the bread. Cut the meats and cheeses into long thin strips, place them into a bowl with sliced red onions, red peppers, pepperoncini and green olives.
Next, add shaved iceberg lettuce and add some sliced tomatoes.
Season with fresh basil, fresh oregano, salt and pepper.
Dress with extra virgin olive oil and red wine vinegar (or use your favorite Italian dressing).
Mix well and pile on the bottom of the bread. Place the top on the bread. Use long frill picks to hold the sandwich together and serve.
Your guests can slice off a chunk when they are ready.
